La Red 2024-25

The only Latine network of PIECMH (Parental, Infancy & Early Childhood Mental Health) supervisors

ready to heal and transform–one LiBRC session at a time.

What is LiBRC?

LiBRC (pronounced leeb-ehr-cee) is the acronym for La Cocina’s bilingual (Spanish-English) Liberation-Based Reflective Consultation framework and curriculum for Latine supervisors working in the helping professions.  Unlike other supervision training models, La Red IS NOT exclusive to clinicians and/or clinicians in training.  In fact, La Red was born of our communities' need for culturally-affirming support for Latine supervisors and their teams.  La Red invites Latine supervisors throughout the U.S. to join hands and work together to build culturally-affirming  approaches that generate a web of caring support for all Latine-serving teams, including ways and spaces of giving and receiving a liberated approach to reflective supervision and consultation.
