Build your capacity as a Latine early relational health supervisor working with teams that support Latine birthing parents, infants and young children.
La Red de La Cocina is our national capacity-building network and community of practice of Latine supervisors and trainers who seek to codesign reflective affinity spaces that re-humanize supervision and/or consultation models.
La Red’s Latine-centered approach to participatory action through liberation-based supervision frameworks is the only Latine-founded, Latine-led, and Latine-serving support system dedicated to culturally affirming Latine supervision.
